On Wednesday May 20, 2015 the Elboya Concert band travelled to Red Deer Alberta to participate in the Alberta Band Association's Festival of Bands. This festival consists or 3 adjudicated parts. The first being the on stage performance followed by a band clinic session and then a sight reading clinic. The students earned a superior rating in all parts of the festival resulting in a gold award.
This is the first time the Concert Band has won this award under the direction of Mr. Irwin.

Whistler 2015
Whistler 2015 was a great experience for the students.
They performed very well and were able to learn from many different adjudicators.
Students also enjoyed the many different performances at the festival and the gala concert.
